About myself
26 years old. Owner of a SFH in Covington, Kentucky as of May 2022 & co-owner of a duplex in Nashville as of September 2022. Passionate about REI and excited to continue building my portfolio. Located in Nashville as of 5/2023. Currently still holding a W2 job as a business analyst and have become pretty sufficient in creating and managing excel dashboards to monitor the profitability and cash flows for my rentals.
