I live in Colorado but invest out of state for cash flow in single family home rentals. I currently own one rental in Memphis, TN and am actively looking for deals in Memphis, Indianapolis and St. Louis. I am also the creator of Wealth Builders Book Club. Books are what led me down the path towards real estate to begin with and as a life-long learner I am constantly reading new books to help myself become the best that I can be, in real estate and beyond. This site is meant to inspire discussion on these books and to document my overall journey.
