About myself
I'm a new investor in the Houston area looking to purchase and rehab properties. My background includes growing a tech YouTube channel to 800k subscribers and a website that's been visited by over a million times (switchandclick.com if you are interested). I also have some experience with lead gen/affiliate marketing using FB ads. Looking to get started with rehabs in my area.
