Cincinnati native looking to invest in the city I grew up in. Currently I work here in Cincinnati for a pharmaceutical CMO, Nitto Denko Avecia. Experience: -I purchased my first flip property in November of 2020 and sold it March of 2021. It was a great learning experience. -I own one other 4 family as of February 2022. Real Estate Goals: -Develop a dynamic, self sustaining Real Estate Company/Entity with multiple REI avenues. -Own 1 million dollars in real estate equity before 40. - Acquire enough passive income over the course of my career to pay for my children's education so they never have to pay a Student Loan payment. Currently Seeking: To build relationships with Cincinnati REIs and possible partnerships. Any and all information, tips, tricks, strategies etc. regarding investing in real estate. I want to be well versed in the subject.
