Jake Mullins

Originally born in New York, but have spent my entire life growing up in all different parts of Arizona. I attended Arizona State University from 2013 - 2017 and studied business entrepreneurship, Urban Planning & a minor in RE. I purchased my first home in April of 2014 in Tempe, Arizona at 19 years old. I moved straight from my college dorm room into my first future investment property with nothing, but an old couch to sleep on. In 5 years I've been able to rent my extra bedrooms to friends and live 100% for free. I've also had the luxury of cash flowing roughly $500 a month on my home and reinvesting it into my home over the past 5 years. In May of 2016 during my senior year at college I took an internship with a high producing loan originating team and fell in love with the industry. Lending can be very lucrative, but has a 98% turn over rate for loan originators every 24 months. I believe I feel in love with mortgage lending because of my love for real estate and the level of difficulty involved in not only serving, but thriving. I combined my love for real estate with my wrestler & rugby player mentality and decided to pursue a career in this field with the hopes of eventually generating enough cash flow to live life pursuing what I want to do on my own terms.
