Real estate is a side hobby for me. Right now... I’m working on setting up my portfolio so I can leave my day job in a couple years and focus on real estate. I truly enjoy doing work on houses myself but also like to manage the contractors. I plan to have 3-5 rentals before leaving my day job, then focusing on either fix and flips or fix and rents. This would be for extra income and because I enjoy it. When I leave my day job I’ll be financially independent will have the freedom to only take on projects that excite me.
