James A. Nelson

Hello BiggerPockets Community, My name is James Nelson and I'm a novice property investor looking to step up my game. I owned a rental property in the past that I rented for a couple years and I manage another property for a family member at the moment. My wife and I picked up a new property recently and will be doing a live in rehab while renting out our former primary residence. I'm mainly focused on single and multi family properties to buy and hold but flipping a property isn't out of our scope either at this point. I look forward to meeting some of you all and learning and sharing as much as possible.
