James Bradin

I am a 30 year old graduate of the United States Air Force Academy living in Destin, FL. I have always been interested in investing and real estate. I am currently serving on active duty in the Air Force. I am stationed at Hurlburt Field, FL located in the Florida Panhandle. My first deal was a duplex that I house hacked from Oct '16 until Aug 2020. I also purchased a quad-plex located in my hometown of Bradenton, FL in Nov 2017. In Oct of 2020 I purchased a duplex in Destin, FL; which I currently house hack. I have managed multiple extensive rehabs both long distance state side and deployed overseas. I plan on continuing to expand my portfolio in the Bradenton/Sarasota and Destin/Fort Walton Beach markets in the coming years. My goal is to expand through buy and hold multifamily units, eventually scaling to apartment complexes.
