Investor, flipper, wholesaler, deal maker
Investor in flips, wholesale, deeds, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, and facilitating deals. I enjoy making deals happen. But, I would say the #1 thing that I love to do is flips. I like taking a run down house and making something great out of it.
