James Daniel III was born and raised in southern california and calls sunny San Diego his home. As a REALTOR® in San Diego, CA, James provides strategic marketing,reliability and consistent clarity from beginning to even after his clients transactions. Before getting into the real estate business, James worked for Anheuser Busch in various sales and marketing roles as well held key sales roles in multiple successful startups. As an active agent with EXP Realty, James represents buyers and sellers, and considers being his clients #1 source of real estate information. James is a graduate from University of LA Verne where he was a member of the men's basketball program. After buying his first townhome in 2018, James moved to San Diego and turned his first home into his first rental property. This experience not only motivated James into wanting to be a real estate investor but he also wanted to help other first time home buyers that currently live in their home with the goal of obtaining rental property. Now as a realtor he combines his love for real estate with his passion to help others. Another key reason for him getting into real estate was to get away from the 9-5 lifestyle and being able to have a more flexible career that would allow him to spend more time with his wife,family in Brazil,US and future kids.
