I live in Northern Virginia and I am investing in buy and hold rental properties (1-4 unit houses) in the Cleveland, Ohio market. In 2011, I became an accidental real estate investor by renting out the townhouse that I had been living in when I moved into a larger home. In 2018, I began listening to many real estate podcasts and reading dozens of books on investing. In 2019, I decided to sell my one property in Virginia and re-invest in the Cleveland market. I'm interested in distressed properties that I can use the BRRRR strategy on.
