Start in R.E. 26 years ago bought a 4 family from the RTC , managed, lived in and sold 8yrs later. Then bought a house started a family stayed out R.E. investing till 2012 completed a deal and rehab that took a year to complete. Bought a short sale 4/2015 fixed and sold 9/2015 . Bought a foreclosure 6/2016 fixed and on the market currently. Looking for next deal. I'm 51 in excellent shape work in Home Improvement full time, so I do most of my own work, I have a small power team, Excellent Real Estate Agent, Insurance Agent , 2 Attorneys, Multiple tradesman that I have built relationships with, Engineer, Septic contract, plumber, electrician, carpenter, granite supplier and installer, and I have a brother who is a partner in projects. He is a contractor 35 years in business. I have two degrees, Mathematics and Infomation Technology. Do most of my financing currently with Wells Fargo as an investor.
