I'm active duty military and recently started down the path of real estate investing. When I'm not researching deals or reading real estate books you usually can find me outside. I'm an avid mountain biker, traveler, and rugby fan. Experience: I have many years of experience in building and improving the capabilities of individuals and teams. Then operating with those teams and alongside others in difficult environments. I've instructed, mentored, and coached some of the finest people across the world. Real Estate Goals: I want the income generated from rental properties to give me the freedom of choice and action. I want to first and foremost provide people with quality and affordable places to live. Secondly, I want to be able to travel the world at the drop of a hat to help others in need. I am starting with a 2-4 unit purchase for a house hack in the next 6 months to use as a learning tool. Then I will continue on to grow a portfolio of SFH rental properties mixed with duplex/triplex/quadplexes. In 6 years I want to exceed $10,000 in monthly cashflow from rental properties. Currently Seeking: A duplex/triplex/quadplex for a primary residence house hack. Also realtors, contractors, and investors in Alabama (Enterprise/Dothan) willing to talk about the basics of investing and the Alabama market.
