James LePage

I am a Gen-Z entrepreneur who successfully runs a web design and consulting agency called Isotropic Design (isotropic.co). IsoDes focuses on building websites, social media marketing and brand presence for Architects, Contractors and Service Providers. On the side, I run some eCommerce gigs, and also have interned at several NYC CRE brokerages and investment firms. I hope to begin deploying capital in 2020-2021, focusing on multi unit residential student properties in Syracuse and Rochester, then working my way up to large commercial units in NYC, Charlotte and Raleigh. I expect to graduate Syracuse University in 2023 with an undergraduate degree in Real Estate Investment, Development and Management. Feel free to reach out via my LinkedIn or BiggerPockets profile. I look forward to meeting you!
