James Mabe

I am 41, happily married with 2 kids and 1 on the way! I have been an RN at Vidant Health in Greenville, NC for almost 12 years. Our short term goal is to be able to have my wife, a high school math teacher, stay at home. My real estate experience consists of a couple of flips, one buy and hold duplex and one raw land flip. I've essentially climbed the property ladder to our dream home. I've always looked at RE as an investment, diversification. Now my goals are different. I want to build something special for my family and eventually make it my career.
