I am a rental property investor with ten years experience in single-family rental investments in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. The next phase will be into multi-unit investments and portfolios. In 2010, I started out with $100K in cash and credit and was able to build a thirty-two unit residential rental portfolio worth $3.8M with $1.8M in equity as of the end of 2020, achieving annual growth of 34%. I joined BiggerPockets to network with sophisticated investors to act as limited partners. I am looking to build a team of agents, attorneys and other professionals with syndication experience, as well as, contractors and property managers who can perform high-quality, cost-effective work.
