I have been talking about and fascinated with the real estate business since I was 14. I purchased my first house at 18 and flipped it. I have worked full time for a major bank in reporting & analytics for the last 14 years (as of writing this about you) and am rolling my income into additional rental and flip deals. Since selling my first home I have been purchasing homes for rent and flip while maintaining a full time job. I have been fortunate to have good investors, great family, and talented help but am always interested in bringing on more to help fund/work more deals (maybe not so interested in bringing on more family at the moment ;) ).
