I am a full time Firefighter who loves real estate, so I decided to get my real estate license to help others discover the power and fun of it. I lived there for a few years and did some upgrades then sold when I relocated for work, this really opened my eyes to the power of real estate. 2nd- Live in flip, bank owned foreclosure with smoke damage. Rehabbed and lived in them sold the plan is to use cash from this deal to catch up on student loans and debt and find another live in flip / house hack.
