GROUNDFLOOR is the only direct lender offering crowdsourced capital for short-term residential real estate loans. Groundfloor is open to everyone, not just accredited investors. My main priority at GF is to help borrowers, investors and brokers secure the best loan and structure for their particular need. Area of focus will be Georgia markets along with the other 30+ states that we lend in. I've spent 14+ years as a licensed real estate professional in the metro Atlanta area before joining GROUNDFLOOR, working the the full gamut of real estate. That included selling properties that traded under $20,000 to ones that were $2MM (+). Over the past 6 years my main area of focus was in the single family residential property as an investment arena (SFR). I was fortunate enough to work with some great institutions, made up of solid people. This allowed me and my teams to successfully source, underwrite, negotiate, and close over 1000+ investor properties for institutional and local investors alike. I'm a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and I do in fact bleed Carolina blue. When not at work, you can usually find me (trying to) hanging out with my 5 favorite peeps, which are my wife Ashley, two boys, Owen and Miller, and my two Frenchie bulldogs, Tucker and Mike.
