About myself
Looking to learn more about real estate investing, before getting involved. Our home is paid for, and want to get into real estate for passive income. My wife and I own the Appliance Doctor of LIma, and I am very adept at plumbing and electrical issues as well as home construction. I am not a particularly an in your face type person, would depend on God to deal with difficult tenants.
