I am a Registered Nurse that loves real estate. My wife and I are planning on getting into buy-n-hold investing, looking for at least 20-30 properties in the next few years. Experience: I have only purchased my own house so far, but been reading a lot, and listening to every BP podcast that I can. Real Estate Goals: My wife and I want to get 20-30 buy and hold properties in the next 5 years, so that we can be more prepared for retirement, and create wealth that we can pass on to our two children. Currently Seeking: I need to get more motivated seller leads, and network with other professional real estate investors.
