I'm just a junior Econ student at college. My dad bought 4 SFR in Las Vegas, and one duplex in San Bernardino all cash, but since he passed away and my mom doesn't speak English, I have to be in charged in those rental. when I was in young, I don't really know what I want to become, managing this rental properties make me realize that I want to become investor with lot of passive income! Right now, I'm interested to become real estate broker, or even create turnkey company.
