About myself
I have been in the finance industry for 8 years now managing retail and institutional money using fixed income vehicles. Mainly through the use of municipal bonds I create cash flow portfolios for people and companies. I have been interested in Real Estate for ever it seems like and am now taking steps to make it happen. I am interested in a buy and hold strategy that throws off income. The idea is to create a portfolio of income generating properties that I can leave to my kids one day.
