Hello from Fargo, ND/ Moorhead, MN and thank you for checking out my profile. I’m new to this adventure and have secured a very strong investor for Moorhead, MN. However, I eagerly want to expand other places regionally as well as notionally. I watched a very inspiring podcast that said, live where you love, invest anywhere. At the present time I’m not necessarily doing either but ready to start... yesterday. I am currently a self employed General Contractor with a plethora of energy and talent. I’m also currently transitioning out of the building industry and looking to break into the real estate market. I’m tired of being poor so I’m eager to blow this opportunity out of the water.
