New in the field of real estate, very interested in learning as much as I can. Short term goals: *Networking with as many investors, private money lenders etc as I can. *Purchasing my first property by the end of the year multi-family or single. (preferably multi so I can house hack) *Gaining a income of atleast 5,000 monthly to adequately quit my current job. *Get into wholesaling as well as just buy & holding.
