Jana Landreneau

I am a wholesaler located in Lake Charles, La. I specialize in Lake Charles, Sulphur, and Westlake areas. I also virtually wholesale in South Carolina, Connecticut, Texas and Alabama. I am fairly new to the real estate game but have thrown myself in 150%. At the moment, I’m actively searching for my first deal to close weather that be by myself or with a JV partner. Let’s connect! My goal is to have at least one rental property (maybe two) within a year. My first love is fishing, so I’m hoping to be able to do more of that whenever my business kicks off and I’m able to walk away from the corporate “rat race”.
