I am a Realestate Investor I have recently decided to expand my rental holdings and would like to learn more about how others have sucesfully transitioned from one property to many. I am interested in buying duplex's, triplexes and SFH in the North Dallas area Experience: I currently have 4 SFH rentals that I have rented for the past 12 years and now am ready to add more to my portfolio.
