I am a Physical therapist turned Real Estate Investor and Property Manager. I stopped working my W2 job in 2022 and now solely focus on Real Estate. I started investing in 2019 and currently have 29 rental units over 5 properties. Looking for multi-family properties in mid-michigan area, but open to other locations if it makes sense. I started out investing in single family houses, then triplex/duplex, and now have two 12 unit apartment buildings through partnering with other investors.
