Hello! I am a Real Estate Agent / Rehabber / Investor/STR host, living/working in Jersey City and Ocean/Monmouth Counties. I buy and sell homes for myself and others. I was a property manager for ten years in California and I have flipped several homes in New Jersey. I am also an experienced STR Host with a thriving business. I am currently looking for short term rental properties I can purchase in a different area of the country that are cash flowing. Experience: I started my real estate investing as a triplex property owner/landlord in Southern California. Now I am in NJ and have several flips under my belt. I am also a licensed real estate agent in NJ. Real Estate Goals: I want to purchase short term rental/vacation properties. I have 3 now. Hoping for 5-10 in the next few years.
