Janese Parker

Hi, I’m Janese Parker — a new real estate investor and soon-to-be developer focused on land acquisition and new construction in Maryland. I currently have a residential lot under contract in Brandywine, MD and I’m actively connecting with lenders, builders, and experienced investors as I move through my first development project. My goals include learning funding strategies, building a small portfolio of new construction properties, and partnering with professionals who specialize in land development, fix-and-build, and creative financing. Outside of real estate, I’m a full-time program manager, entrepreneur, and graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling — so I’m very dedicated, organized, and driven. I move fast, execute consistently, and love working with people who are serious about growth.
