About myself
Experience: Bought my first in condo in San Diego in 1984, followed by a HUD rental condo. Did a 1031 exchange into my current primary residence. Purchased SFR as a rental 12 years ago and sold it 2 years ago. Reinvested proceeds in (2) turnkey SFRs in Birmingham AL. Sold one back to Seller and lost second to fire. No current RE investments other than primary residence. Real Estate Goals: I'd like to supplement my income with proceeds from real estate investing. Currently Seeking: SFR or duplex fixer in Charlotte or Raleigh NC metropolitan areas.
