Hello Everyone, I live in Florida and would like to invest in Northern FLorida or the Midwest. I purchased my first Condo in Florida a 2/2, I offered the owner $8K down with the owner holding the note at 8% interest. I paid the loan off in the first year. I rehabbed the Condo and lived there for many years and sold it a few years ago at just under three times the purchase price. I would like to start buying cheaper multifamily homes and do flipping, or buy/hold. I am still evaluating loans, and I would love to know best way to raise capital, home equity loan and HELOCs both have their downsides. If there are better options, please let me know. I have some cash available. I owned a Temp Agency and an Executive Recruitment Agency for many years and as a result I believe I build strong relationships that last for many years. I believe I will be able to interview and evaluate potential tenants and contractors effectively. My goal is to work with "top talent" in the Real Estate industry.
