I manage UC Hastings student housing (the iconic McAllister Tower built in 1929 with 252 units and developing a joint venture with UCSF). Outside that, I love architecture and real estate of many shapes and sizes and love rehabbing/restoring beautiful old things with lot of character. I am a sucker for mid-century modern. I love marriage of natural materials with concrete/steel/glass etc.
