Jared Hockensmith

Hello! I’m currently starting out in the mortgage industry to become a lender. I enjoy learning, reading, and listening to anything involving real estate. My goal is to have a portfolio that consists of single-family and multi-family, short-term and long-term rentals generating passive income to support my family. I am currently working and saving towards my first STR investment and very excited to get started. If you are looking to get into STR’s, I’d love to chat!
