I first became interested in Real Estate back when the bubble burst and due to the banks handing out loans to anyone that could fill out an application, many of these unqualified buyers were foreclosed on. I actually signed up for one of the crazy late night infomercials claiming to teach how to invest in real estate w/ no money, etc, etc. All I knew was that I'd seen the guy on the infomercial on a show on A/E called Flip This House and that from the show, he seemed to know what he was doing. Thank God it turned out to actually be an awesome program and I learned a ton about REI, mainly fix/flips. I was only 25 at the time and w/ more gusto than sense, I contacted another investor who posted about a potential deal and after meeting w/ him, seeing the property, and not much more than a handshake, I was in on my first deal. Over the past 15+ yrs. I've worked in different fields but never lost my passion for real estate and am happy to say that I've recently started a wholesaling business, in addition to taking on a flip if/when the opportunity knocks. I get inbound leads from all around the country due to marketing done by a partner and chances are I have a motivated seller near you. I was taught long ago that "Your network is your networth" and with that being said, I hope to connect w/ as many likeminded men/women in the business as I can. I am always looking for investors to dispo. my contracts to as well as for properties in my area that I can tackle myself. So, if you know of either, please don't hesitate to reach out!
