Hello everyone! My name is Jared Saunders! I've been in the wireless sales industry for the last 4 years. I am now in the process of phasing out of that industry to pursue real estate. My specific interest in real estate is multi-family rental properties in the mid rent price markets. 3-20 unit buildings. I am a very receptive person to critique and advise.
