I am looking to take actionable steps to launch myself into the next phase of my real estate pursuit, and am excited to do that through Bigger Pockets. I am still relatively new to the industry, but have always participated in real estate through family properties (buy and hold) and have built up my intellectual capital of the industry by working with (and for) contractors, master electricians, property managers, and home inspectors. I currently own 1 single family property in Colorado that is cash flowing well, but would like to significantly expand my portfolio. I currently am living in Northern California and am looking to generate actionable leads in this very competitive market in order to purchase a multi-unit property, or a single family with opportunity to add value, and would look to house hack any property I closed on. My first priority is to expand my network in northern CA and hopefully use my skill set to add value where I can and develop reciprocating experiences/connections/team.
