About myself
Currently, I am a senior at the University of Saint Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. I do not have any experience with real estate investing yet, but am trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible and hopefully make a deal soon. Ideally to start, I would like to purchase a duplex, rent one side out, while living on the other side.
