Hello, My name is Jarrod Senechal and I am a multifamily and retail specialist working for Marcus and Millichap out of the firm's Oakland office. As a multifamily and retail agent, I exclusively represent buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the Bay Area. I pride myself on being a valuable resource for my clients for market deals, recent sales comparables, rent surveys, local legislation and current financing for commercial properties in all asset classes of Northern California. I joined the bigger pockets community because I am looking into starting an investment portfolio of my own and one strategy in particular caught my eye.
