I am a fresh twentysomethings undergrad student who is seeking my first primary resident home in a SF house or a rental property. Every day I am working on acquiring self-knowledge through BiggerPockets, reading books( Currently on "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor") and articles learning more about my current investments in ETFs. I seek financial independence in my thirties, preferably before I hit 32, and want to measure how enormous the world is using the best tools there is: my senses. I understand that the most difficult part is staying consistent and dedicated, but I also understand two things; Saying "I can't" halts progress, and saying "I can" encourages progress. I fully understand the snowball effect and how it can really jump start my financial career. I seek to be my own boss and escape the "rat race" as perfectly described in the first book I read " Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. I hate functioning my day-to-day life with a cloud of debt floating above me every step I take and wish to secure an environment free of such gray masses of water vapor.
