I am a new investor but not completely new to the industry. I have been interested in real estate since buying my family home in 2002. I sold real estate as an agent for Colonial Penn and caldwell banker for about two years around 2007-2008. In 2016 I was finally in a good position to start investing and now have 5 rentals in my local area. Without using my own money. Experience: I sold real estate as an agent in PA for Colonial Penn and caldwell banker for about two years around 2007-2008. Real Estate Goals: Have a gross rental income of $150,000 in 15 years and have own all properties free and clear in 15 years. I currently have a gross rental income just over 60k. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking like minded partners and anyone interested in the real estate industry in general. And most obviously anyone wanting to sell income producing property of every type and size.
