I have been a yacht captain for 8 years. Traveld the world and have had a lot of fun. Currently I run a 86' sailboat. This let's me have my hands in many types of projects, electrical, mechanical, hvac, amd carpentry. My previous experiences have been joiner and cabinet maker, historic home renovations and restorations. I have within the past 4 years started to get serious about saving money and setting aside my previous Jetset lifestyle. Luckily my job provides me with good pay and low personal overhead. Being that I travel a lot with the boat all.my day to day expenses are paid, housing food, etc.. have a goal of saving 40 to 50% of my salary towards cash capital to stat investing. I am excited to start my path to financial independence though realestate.
