About myself
I am a new investor just starting out in the business and I am still in the process of learning about multi family rentals. I currently am a full time teacher in Boise, Idaho and due to the high price of entry into this market I will be investing out of state. My goal for 2018 is to purchase at least 1 (2-4 door) multi family rental property for long term buy and hold. For now I am interested in the Cincinnati, Ohio market and once I gain some experience I will be looking into other markets as well.
