Hi everyone! My name is Jason and I'm based in Philadelphia, though I'm looking to start investing in single and multi-units homes in the Philadelphia and New Jersey markets to House Hack! I first became interested in real estate investing after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and learning about the power of leveraged returns. Coming from a tech background, I was attracted to real estate as a way to diversify my assets and build passive income. after finding the BiggerPockets community this year, I've learned so much about the different real estate investing strategies and analyzed potential deals. I'm working on building my knowledge, connections, and capital this year so that I can make my first investment. I'm excited to continue learning from this experienced community!
