I started the journey with a house hack, got my real estate license and am ready to become a more serious real estate investor. I’ve seen the light. My Why: This is for my wife and children. We will get out of the rat race and teach our children not to get into it. We'll be financially free, travel the world and leave a legacy of generational wealth. Experience: House hacking. Landlording. Remodeling. Real Estate Goals: I will acquire a multi-family property with a BRRRR strategy by the close of 2018. Gaining experience while cash flowing is my goal.
