I am a new and aspiring real estate investor located in the Denver Metro area. My wife and I have just started dipping our toes into the real estate investing world by renting out the basement in our home and turning it into a partial house hack! I am mostly interested in a buy-and-hold and am especially interested in BRRRRs. I'm still trying to decide where we should start investing, as it is pretty expensive in Denver. I am excited to be starting my real estate investing journey and am very glad there is a community like this to be a part of along the way!
