Jason Hamilton

My name is Jason and my wife and I have always had an interest in real estate. I coach in college athletics which has given us the opportunity to move quite a bit. After moving to NC, we thought we arrived at our final destination on the coaching carousel. We began to build a portfolio that will allow there to be a transition in to real estate at the point when coaching does come to an end. Without knowing what it was, we have house hacked in the past, we have done a live in flip, and currently are in buy and hold properties. I do see us in the future getting to multi family commercial and possibly flipping, but since I do most of the work myself on our properties that has to be done around my current career. We now reside in South Bend, IN. After growing our portfolio to 13 properties in NC, we are exploring our next investment strategy.
