I spent the last 20 years of my professional life (as a technologist) climbing the hedonic treadmill and helping medium and large sized organizations generate millions more in revenue, run operations at maximum capacity, and re-prioritize business strategies. It wasn't until my son was hospitalized in 2018 and I was diagnosed with PTSD from my military combat that I realized I owed it to myself and my family to live a more fulfilled life. I then picked up Rich Dad, Poor Dad and BiggerPockets books that changed my view on the world. I'm actively looking to expand my operational network with active & accredited investors, contractors, agents, brokers, and meet-up groups. I'm open to syndications and other partnership opportunities, too.
