Aloha, feel free to call me "Red." I grew up in the Los Angeles area and have spent the past 20 years owning and operating restaurants in LA. I moved to Maui in April 2021. Having recently bought a home here in Makawao, I spend my time renovating it myself (which I enjoy) and studying the area and market. I plan to eventually turn this house into a long term rental and find another property to buy, renovate, maybe add a door or 2 and repeat. Also interested in the STR market, adding ADU's, multifamily & BRRRR's. I look forward to building my network and launching my rental property investing journey here in Maui. Cheers!
