Jason O'Toole

By day I work in purchasing and supply chain and when I am not doing that I am doing everything I can to invest in real estate. I was first introduced to real estate investing from my dad who has been doing it for a while on the side. My brothers and I saw how great it was and have all been hooked ever since. When I got married we bought a duplex and lived in one side and rented out the other (way better than renting). We then went on to buy a home and house hacked that for a few years. After a few years of not investing we are getting back at it. I have invested here locally in Salt Lake City. I want to continue to invest here, but I am also interested in out of state buy and hold that have better returns on my investment.
